Privacy policy

Management of the site located at the address on the Internet: https://painting.tllab.co.uk (hereinafter – the “Website”), and the sale of goods, a list of which is posted on the Website (hereinafter – the “Goods”), is carried out by a sole trader Sarkisova Margarita Garikivna, entry number in the USR № 2010350000000061855 from 09 October 2021, who is registered and operates in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine (hereinafter – the “Seller”).
The Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter – the “Privacy Policy”) applies to all information that the Website Owner and/or Website Administration receives about the User when using the Website or selling the Goods.
This Privacy Policy establishes the procedure for the Website Owner to process personal data, the types of collected personal data, the purpose of using such personal data, the Website Owner’s interaction with third parties, security measures to protect personal data, conditions of access to personal data and contact information for User to purchase goods, making changes, blocking or deleting personal data and addressing any questions that may arise to the User regarding the practice of personal data protection.
1. CONCEPTS
1.1. The Website – is a website owned by the Owner and has an Internet address https://painting.tllab.co.uk and is managed by the Website Administration.
1.2. Website Administration – is authorized persons for Website management, who organize and carry out the processing of personal data, as well as determine the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions or operations carried out with personal data.
1.3. User – is any individual who has access to the Website and uses the Website via the Internet.
1.4. Personal data – is any information that relates to a particular individual (personal data subject) directly or indirectly.
1.5. Goods – are paintings, photos of which are presented on the Website.
1.6. Processing of personal data – is any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) carried out with the use of automation or without the use of such means with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, refinement (update, change), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
1.7. Confidentiality of personal data – is a mandatory requirement for compliance by the Website Administration or another person who has gained access to personal data, not to allow their dissemination without the consent of the personal data subject or the existence of other legal grounds.
1.8. Cookies – are a piece of data sent by a webserver and stored on a User’s computer, which the web client or web browser sends to the web server each time in an HTTP request when trying to open a page of the relevant website.
1.9. IP address – is the network address of the node in the computer network, built on the IP protocol.
1.10. Other terms not defined in this section may be used in this Privacy Policy. In such case, the interpretation of the terminology used in the Privacy Policy shall be in accordance with the text of such Privacy Policy. In the absence of unambiguous interpretation of terminology in the test of Privacy Policy, should be guided by the interpretation of concepts: first – in the materials posted on the Website, secondly – the interpretation and definition of concepts formed by current legislation of Ukraine and/or the Internet.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. The User’s use of this Website shall mean the automatic and full consent of the User to this Privacy Policy and the conditions of processing the User’s personal data.
2.2. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the latter is obliged to stop using the Website and leave it immediately.
2.3. This Privacy Policy shall apply to the Website and images of the Goods posted on the latter or to another, closed website or application on which the materials are placed, including and not exclusively text materials, programs and other photos/videos.
2.4. The Website does not control and is not responsible for the websites of third parties to which the User can go through the links available on the Website.
2.5. The Website Administration does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the User of the Website.
2.6. The Website Administration is the controller of personal data of authorized users/ customers/buyers of Goods. The controller of personal data is an individual who determines why (for what purpose) and how to collect personal data.
3. SUBJECT MATTER OF THE PRIVACY POLICY
3.1. The Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Website Administration to not disclose and ensure the protection of personal data, which the User must provide to the Website Administration upon request when registering and/or purchasing Goods on the Website.
3.2. Personal data that are allowed for processing under this Privacy Policy are provided by the User by filling in certain forms on the Website or in any format and may include the following information:
3.2.1. User’s name and surname;
3.2.2. User’s date of birth;
3.2.3. User’s sex;
3.2.4. contact phone number of the User;
3.2.5. e-mail address of the User;
3.2.6. interests and/or hobbies of the User;
3.2.7. User’s geolocation data (country, state, region, street, etc.)

3.3. In addition to the data provided for in paragraph 3.2. of this Privacy Policy, the Website Administration reserves the right to automatically collect in the process of viewing the Site or its individual pages by the User, the following data:
3.3.1. IP-addresses of the electronic computing device (computer, phone, tablet, etc.) of the User;
3.3.2. information about cookies stored in the User’s browser;
3.3.3. information about the electronic computing devices (computer, phone, tablet, etc.) of the User;
3.3.4. information about the User’s browser, including name, browser version, etc.;
3.3.5. access time on the Website;
3.3.6. addresses of the Website’s pages viewed by the User;
3.3.7. addresses of previous pages from which the Website was accessed.
3.4. Disabling the Cookies collection function by the User may result in inability to access parts of the Website.
3.5. The Website collects confidential data provided for in paragraphs 4.2.-4.3. of this Privacy Policy, including in order to identify and solve technical problems of the Website, to control the load on the Website, as well as for analytical and statistical purposes.
3.6. Any other personal or confidential information, not stipulated above, is subject to reliable storage and non-dissemination, except as provided in paragraph 7.2. and 7.3. of this Privacy Policy.
3.7. The Website Administration does not collect any information, the processing of which is required by law, such as information about racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or ideological beliefs, membership in political parties and trade unions, conviction for a crime, as well as health, sex, biometric or genetic data.
4. RESTRICTIONS
4.1. By registering or placing an order on the Website, the User confirms that he/she has reached the appropriate age, which allows him to enter into contracts independently.
4.2. If the Website Administration asks the User to consent to the processing of personal data, he may do so himself. By registering on the Website, the User confirms that he/she has reached the appropriate age, which allows him/her to consent to the processing of personal data.
4.3. If the User has doubts about whether he can consent to the processing of personal data, he must contact the authorized body for personal data protection.

5. OBJECTIVES OF USER DATA COLLECTION
5.1. The User’s personal data may be used by the Website Administration for the following purposes:
5.1.1. Identification of the User registered on the Website to place an order and (or) join the public offer agreement.
5.1.2. Providing the User with access to personalized resources of the Website.
5.1.3. Establishing feedback with the User, including the direction of messages, inquiries related to the use of the Website, sale of the Goods, processing of inquiries and requests from the User.

6.1. The Website Administration retains the User’s Personal Data for the period required by the Website Administration for the purpose specified in this Privacy Policy.

If the Website Administration does not require certain data about the User and they do not need to be stored in accordance with the requirements of the law, it will delete them or will store them in a way that makes it impossible to identify the User.
7. PROCEDURE AND METHODS OF DATA PROCESSING
7.1. Processing of personal data of the User is carried out without limitation of the term, in any lawful way, including in information systems of personal data with use of means of automation or without use of such means.
7.2. By staying on the Website, the User automatically agrees that the Website Administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, solely for fulfilling the User’s order placed on the Website.

9.1.4. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data in accordance with the procedure normally used to protect such information in existing business transactions.
9.1.5. Block personal data related to the User from the moment of application or request of the User, or his legal representative, or the authorized body for protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in case of inaccurate
